For what it is, it's great
Let's say you need to drill some holes in concrete, maybe necessitating having access to a hammer drill for several days on different occasions and you don't want to hassle or pay the price to rent one. This is a great item. It ain't heavy industrial vintage, but it gets the job done for what it would cost to rent one.
